Thank you for visiting the website of the Lake County IL Chapter of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers. The NAIFA is an international association of professional real estate appraisers committed to the support of its members, for a service of trust and integrity that benefits the members, the profession, and the general public.
The Lake County Chapter's membership consists of Illinois real estate appraisers serving Lake County, parts of McHenry and Cook Counties, as well as some areas of southeastern Wisconsin. Our Chapter is dedicated to promoting the objectives of the NAIFA and its members on a local level, providing guidance and learning opportunities to further the profession and maintain integrity and public trust.
Chapter benefits include monthly meetings with lunch, featuring speakers and other learning opportunities, discounted continuing education offerings, discounted membership to the Illinois Coalition of Appraisal Professionals (ICAP), and all of the benefits included with National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers membership.
