The Lake County IL Chapter's recent NAIFA classes held at Lambs Farm in Libertyville were a huge success. Both the "Cost Approach to Residential Properties" and the "Appraisers Guide to Environmental Issues" were interesting and Lambs Farm did a great job providing lunches and snacks. We received 14 hours of continuing education credit well ahead of the required September 2007 renewal date. Thanks to all who attended and to Betty Glynn whose teaching made the classes a memorable experience. 

We do not have any classes scheduled for the rest of this year but please check back for offerings in 2008.

Lambs Farm is located at the corner of Rt.94 and Rt.176 where there is a northbound exit ramp and a southbound entrance ramp back onto Rt.94. Please note that if you are driving south from Wisconsin on Rt.94, there is no exit or entrance ramp at Rt.176. You should exit at Rt.137 and go west to St.Mary's Rd. where you turn left (south) and travel to Rt.176. Then turn left (east) on Rt.176 and drive about a mile to Lambs Farm on the south side of the road.
