Our first continuing education offering for 2010 is the new USPAP and will be held on March 8, featuring Mark Munizzo as our esteemed instructor. The new 2010-11 USPAP is now in effect, and completion of this class is a requirement before license renewals in 2011. Plan ahead and attend this USPAP offering to stay updated with all of the changes that affect our profession.

The Lake County Chapter is offering this class for $169.00 for attendees who are not members of NAIFA.
NAIFA members pay only $109.00, and bring your Education Voucher to the class for an even lower price.*

The class, as described below by NAIFA, will begin at 8:00 am, so please arrive by 7:30 for check-in and coffee.
5.0A 2010-2011 National USPAP Update (7 Hours) – This course is designed to review professional standards, ethics and updates to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
Approved for appraisal continuing education credit in the following states (7 hours) - AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, KS, KY, IL, LA, MD, MA, MI, MT, NH, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WI, WV
